Why a Parent/Teacher Group ...
Students do best when parents and teachers work together as partners.  Research shows that when parents are involved in their children's education, the children are more likely to earn better grades, attend school regularly, have better social skills, show improved behavior, graduate and continue their education.

What is Our Goal ...
To promote open communication and active participation among parents, community, educators and students to help every student reach their highest potential academically, mentally and socially.

What Can you Do ...
No matter what your schedule or circumstance, there are many ways that you can make a difference for your child and school.  If every parent volunteered for just 30 minutes, it would make a big difference.  Following are a few ways you can help.

• At home ask your child about school, showing sincere interest in what he/she has to say.
• Be available to help your child with homework.
